1. re-root entire piece 
2. Low lights using existing low lights 
3. test piece done and hair accepted best one level darker to cover brassiness of root 
4. overall tone to refresh keeping the level as bright as possible 
5. overall tone preference: warmth (Just tone down the brassiness and especially the brassiness of rooting) 
6. Cut as desired, will discuss further prior to doing (Rachel?)
7. bleached knots (done, conservatively to preserve lace front integrity, pics were shared with client with significant improvement) 
8. assess lace and cap after completion for any further possible issues and discuss with client prior to shipping back 
 
Price includes shipping insured back to you with signature confirmation. (ups or usps) If item damaged or lost in mail we will file claim/assist in this process. We will insure your item for the amount you request us to (shipping company may ask you for original receipt of item when processing any claims) 
 
No returns on customized pieces sent in. We will  keep you updated throughout the process with pictures and potential options or changes to plan of customization. We appreciate you trusting us with your pieces! We will send you pictures and video for approval prior to shipping your piece back to you. Pictures will be in multiple lighting.
