We value your satisfaction and understand that, from time to time, returns may be necessary. In line with our commitment to quality customer service, we happily accept returns postmarked within three business days from the date of delivery to your location. Please note that this period starts on the day your product is successfully delivered to you, as recorded by our delivery service. So, for example, if delivered on a Monday, your return must be postmarked by Wednesday, NO EXCEPTIONS. Wigs sold as *Gently used* are final sale and are not returnable. please refer to gently used listings for further information.
To facilitate a smooth return process and ensure that your item can be restocked, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
Try On Cap: For hygiene purposes and to maintain the item's original condition, please use the provided cap when trying on your item. You do not need to return this item.
Perfume & Makeup: To ensure that the item remains in its original condition, avoid exposing it to perfume or makeup. Such exposure can alter the item's state and may compromise your eligibility for a full refund.
Lace: The lace should remain uncut. Cutting or altering the lace in any way disqualifies the item from being eligible for return.
Alterations: The item must not be altered in any way. It should be returned in the exact condition as when it was received.
Condition: The item must be in a "tried on only" condition with the original tag attached. Any item returned without its original tag or in used condition will not be accepted.
Hair Care: Please avoid changing part to preserve its initial condition. Any evident changes could affect its eligibility for a return. Please do not restyle the wig as this will void eligibility for returning.
Please brush hair prior to returning and be sure any clips are closed, hair is put back into net and placed inside silk bag. Be sure to ship back in it's Lisa Grace Wigs box.
In order to initiate your return, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember, to meet the three-day return window, your item must be postmarked within three business days from the date of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we highly recommend insuring your return package, as we are not responsible for any return mail losses. Taking care to properly package and track your returned item is key to ensuring it reaches us safely and in good condition.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund within one business day. Please be aware that a standard 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining balance will then be returned to you via your original method of payment. We cannot control how many days your original form of payment takes to process your refund and if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your bank, credit card or Paypal. If any free products were shipped with your item, they must be returned in new unopened condition or this will be deducted from refund. You are eligible for a one time per order exchange or store credit which would waive the restocking fee, just reach out to us to set this up! Store credit will not have an expiration and you will be sent a code for future use.
We recognize that preferences can change. If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment, a cancel fee of 5% will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS. However, once the item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Should you wish to swap the purchased item with another available one prior to shipping, we will gladly facilitate this at no additional cost.
