Returns, Cancellations & Warranty Policy
Lisa Grace Wigs is committed to transparency and quality.
Please read this policy carefully, as it governs all purchases and services.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted only on brand-new, non-customized, in-stock items that are postmarked within three (3) business days of delivery. (Each Listing will state if the item is returnable)
Returned items must be in original, unaltered, unworn condition.
A 10% flat restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
Original shipping fee will also be deducted from your return.
Items purchased using Afterpay are not eligible for returns.
Return authorization must be approved prior to shipping.
Return Condition Requirements
To remain eligible for an approved in-stock item return:
Lace must remain uncut and unaltered.
The item must be try-on only, with original tags attached.
There must be no exposure to perfume, smoke, makeup, or styling products.
No part changes, restyling, or manipulation are permitted.
Hair must be brushed, clips closed, net reapplied, and returned in original packaging.
Any free items included must be returned unopened or deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Insurance is strongly recommended, as Lisa Grace Wigs is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Approved refunds are processed within two (2) business days of receipt. Processing times by your bank, credit card company, or PayPal may vary.
Exchanges & Store Credit
At our discretion, a one-time exchange or store credit may be offered in place of a refund, which would waive the restocking fee. Store credit does not expire.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Once an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Swapping for another available item prior to shipment may be accommodated at no additional cost.
Warranty Policy
Only brand-new customized or in-stock wigs that are not seconds, as is or sold with no warranty (each listing will state this) are eligible for a 14-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Customized wigs, custom orders, clearance items, sold as-is items, seconds, Wig Rehab services, and client-owned wigs are not eligible for returns and carry no warranty
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery if you believe an eligible item has a defect so we may evaluate and troubleshoot.
Important Warranty or return Voidance
Any alteration or misuse immediately and permanently voids all warranties offered. This policy has no exceptions.
Warranty-voiding actions include but are not limited to:
Lace cut or trimmed beyond original factory condition.
Ear tabs cut, trimmed, or removed.
Hair cutting, trimming, or thinning.
Cap taken in, resewn, or altered.
Recoloring, toning, or chemical processing.
Wefts cut, removed, or altered..
Silk or lace liners cut, damaged, or sewn.
Any structural modification of any kind.
Evidence of product buildup, including conditioners, oils, sprays, knot sealers, or residue in lace, silk, seams, or creases
Once lace or structure is altered in any way, the warranty is void with no exceptions.

Additional Warranty & Return Exclusions
Custom-ordered or customized wigs are final sale and non-returnable.
Wigs or toppers sent in for Wig Rehab or repair services are final sale and carry no warranty.
Use of oils, heavy conditioners, sprays, knot sealers, or alcohol-based products voids any warranty.
Items listed as sold as-is, final sale, clearance, or seconds carry no warranty and no return eligibility.
Gently used items will state return eligibility on the product page.
Final Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase or submitting a wig for service, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this policy and accept all terms as written.
