Full payment is required when placing the order.
🚚 Shipping Requirement (PLEASE READ)
Once you agree to the quote and sign the contract:
➡️ Your wig must be shipped within 5 days of approval/quote. This ensures we uphold the timeline discussed during booking. If more than 5 days pass and your wig has not been shipped, you must contact us before shipping to receive an updated timeline. We do this to avoid scheduling conflicts and to keep all clients’ turnaround times accurate and fair. 💛
📮 Return Shipping:
$35 return shipping fee added to your listing & insured for the amount you choose. UPS or USPS signature-insured
💬 Communication & Approval Process
We stay in close contact during your customization.

✔️ Photos & videos sent in various lighting for approval
❗ After your wig ships back, no further tweaks or returns can be made.
If your wig cannot safely undergo the service (rare), you will receive a refund minus a $20 strand test fee + $35 return shipping.
