Wig Rehab & Repair Ordering Process

​After we pin down details for your Hospital Patient, We will send you a contract to sign & set up

your listing. Return shipping will be added & your requested insured amount. Then it's time

to ship & we put her in line as soon as she arrives! We will text daily updates

once we start working on your piece! Any tweaks/adjustments must be requested prior to shipping back to you. We will send lots of pics & videos in various lighting once your piece is completed!

If your wig cannot safely undergo any services (VERY rare), you will receive a refund if pre-paid 

minus a $25 strand test fee + exact return shipping. If Wig Hospital services were not able to be completed

due to wig damage being worse than anticipated, you will be responsible for return shipping
