Wig Rehab & Repair Ordering Process

​After we pin down details for your Hospital Patient, We will send you a contract to sign. Full payment for services is required when we receive your wig. After completion, we send lots of pictures and video for approval. Any tweaks/adjustments must be requested prior to shipping back to you.

Return Shipping Policy

Return shipping is paid by the wig owner and charged at exact cost. (*A $2 box fee is added unless your item was originally sent in a box.) We typically ship via UPS, with USPS available upon request. To protect your item, all return shipments include signature confirmation and are insured for the full value of the wig. If you request reduced insurance coverage or no signature confirmation, a signed waiver is required. In such cases, Lisa Grace Wigs is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft beyond the declared insured amount. While we may assist with filing a carrier claim as a courtesy, all claims are subject to carrier approval and liability is limited strictly to the declared value. This policy is non-negotiable and is in place to protect both you and our business.

*​If your wig cannot safely undergo any services (VERY rare), you will receive a refund if pre-paid 

minus a $25 strand test fee + exact return shipping. If Wig Hospital services were not able to be completed

due to wig damage being worse than anticipated, you will be responsible for return shipping
