No returns on custom ordered Lisa Grace European Wigs. Your timeline for wig completion from vendor is approximately 30 days. It takes approx 5 to 7 days for us to receive and then 1-2 weeks for Grace to complete the customization. We will send lots of pictures in different lighting and will ask you to approve everything prior to shipping. We can do any tweaks prior to shipping to you. Thank you for understanding.
