No returns on custom ordered Wigs, thank you for understanding!! We will send you lots of pictures and videos before shipping for acceptance. Any tweaks can be done prior to shipping. Thank you so very much for allowing us to create your dream wig!~ Wig will be completed in 30-45 days for fully hand tied, once in our hands, she will be completed within approximately 1 week. Can be up 2 weeks if tweaks needed. We are so very thankful!!!  Please review our care recommendations & we are more than happy to provide education on our recommended wig care to help the longevity of your wig!! We can also cut the lace for you, if requested. (we cut conservatively to leave you room to trim as time goes on)
