1. customize cut, add layering throughout as discussed. will clarify length of shortest desired length at sides to start 
2. deep conditioning treatment spa day 
3. completion within 2 weeks of arrival to us (but more likely one week!) 
4. will send pics, video for approval & to determine if any tweaking needed prior to shipping back
5. upon approval, we will create a listing just for the return shipping fee, insured at amount customer desires with signature. (UPS or USPS)
