Thank you for understanding!~ Any tweaks requested need to be done prior to shipping her back. We have discussed in depth due to the porosity of the hair and the original start color being extremely orange and deep red in areas, this is as neutral as she would shift. This was a major color correction. We are unable to adjust colors any further at this time due to the porosity. Permanent color was used to help color last longer. Client has seen pictures prior to return shipping and approved.
