1. Lisa Grace: Take straps in, add ventilation to transition, and across front, more on left than right, appears due to some make up build up possible some knots loosened/lost. Washed with clarifying shampoo at lace front to remove residue, deep conditioned. Took in small straps at nape as much as I could, tightened modal and checked all seams from taking cap in when sold. Grace color matched added root fill, new hair root & toned length of new hair to match in

2. Kylin brand shortie: thinned at sides/upper as much as possible to reduce some poof (single drawn), washed, removed residue with clarifying shampoo, deep conditioned & styled
